Job Postings

The Burbank Workforce Connection receives hundreds of job opening announcements every day, in addition to those in CalJOBS. These jobs are posted on bulletin boards within one business day of their receipt. When they are taken down from the bulletin boards, they are put in notebooks which you may review. At the same time they are also provided to CalJOBS administrators to list on CalJOBS.

CalJOBS connects you directly with employers, by allowing you to enter an electronic resume into the system. This resume may be viewed by prospective employers, who are themselves seeking employment applicants.

CalJOBS is available every day of the week, 24 hours a day, and can be accessed with virtually any personal computer at the office, at home, or from any location with Internet access.

The Verdugo Jobs Center publishes a monthly bulletin of qualified job
seekers, and distributes it to over 5,000 employers and employment agents.
